The mechanical properties of natural coir fiber are characterized, and its compatibility with polymers is tested. An analysis is conducted on the surface topography, mechanical attributes, and tribological behavior of Coir Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composites.

This research is integral to the design and development of advanced composite materials based on natural fibers.
